Saved Yarn is end of ball, end of dye-lot yarn. It's also that knitting, crochet or craft project that has been bagged up and sitting waiting for years to be completed ... only to be given up on! We save our yarn from various sources, including private crafters, saving it all from being household clutter or (even worse) discarded to landfill.
